   Abstract

Nearly everyone involved with project management has, at some point, seen a real disaster of a project. The project was most likely the pet project of the board or a huge earner sold to a key client and its failure saw careers left in tatters following the ‘hunt to blame the blameless’. Craig Nikolic MBCS CITP picks up the pieces.
