Abstract |
|---|
The regulations surrounding ecommerce in Europe may appear to be bureaucratically inhibiting for suppliers of goods and services. But the overall purpose of the laws imposed by the European Union is to help customers overcome their concerns, to encourage e-trading, and thereby to facilitate economic progress by attempting to harmonise the different regimes across member states.
