  Abstract

This looks cool – jet black, small, nifty but oh dear, not a good start. The CD number provided to get the activation code wouldn't work on the set-up programme. Eventually I got it to work on the online set-up page – a page that didn't link to any help. (The product box and information doesn't have a hotline number.) In the end I had to Google the player name to find a hotline. I got the activation code emailed to me – quite quickly to be fair, and when I set the MP3 player up it was easy.
