  Abstract

The first two days of trying to begin my review had my head in a spin. I had downloaded their PDF manual from the website and after reading a little decided it would be best to print off a copy and work through the programme without the need to keep changing computer views. After a minor brainstorm I managed to get it to print properly by changing the setting to ‘print as image’.
