Organised cyber-criminals

Brian Contos

Chief Security Officer at ArcSight, says that organised cyber criminals are only different from independent cyber criminals in that they have more resources in terms of the number of people working on exploits and scams, money to spend, access to technology and some semblance of organisational leadership.
