Colin Thompson

Colin Thompson is the BCS deputy chief executive and the manager of Programme 2000Plus. He joined the staff in 1992, having been deputy director of IT at the Inland Revenue

Change is a constant feature of life for people in information systems. And the BCS, too, changing to remain relevant in a rapidly evolving world now almost entirely dependent on the computer
